Jeff Boone Auction & Realty has been a trusted name in asset marketing and liquidation for over six decades. Founded by Mort McShurley in 1957 under the original name Mort’s Auction Field, our company has evolved through generations to become a full-service auction house, serving both individual and business clients with professionalism and expertise.

- Consignment Auctions: We host four large, annual consignment auctions at our Markleville, IN facility, featuring farm equipment, construction equipment, trucks, trailers, automobiles, lawn and garden equipment, and classic vehicles.
- Online-Only Auctions: Each month, we conduct online-only auctions, allowing buyers to participate from anywhere. Our online platform offers convenience and accessibility for all types of buyers and sellers.
- Onsite Live Auctions: We also conduct live, onsite auctions at the seller’s location, providing a personalized, interactive auction experience for buyers and sellers alike.
- Real Estate Auctions & Listings: As a full-service real estate company, Jeff Boone Auctions also specializes in selling real estate at auction and through traditional listings under Jeff Boone Realty. Whether you’re buying or selling land, commercial property, or homes, we have the expertise to guide you through the process.
- Federal Firearms Licensing & Firearm Auctions: As a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer, we conduct collector and consignment firearm auctions at our facility, providing a secure, compliant platform for firearms transactions.
