NOTE: Purchaser Pick-Up times are as follows:
Tuesday November 8th & Wednesday, November 9th from 10 AM to 5 PM. Bring proof of paid receipt. All items must be picked up on these allotted days. Purchases not picked may be subject to forfeiture.

Purchasers are required to bring their own labor for dismantling and loading of ALL items. NO SHIPPING

By participating in this auction you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All items must be paid for by Wednesday, November 9th @ 5 PM, and pick up of items during allotted pick up times. Acceptable forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and or check.

If you wish to pay by cash or check, immediately notify us after the Auction has ended. Any purchases may be automatically charged to your credit card on file with a 3.99% fee on Tuesday November 8th at 12 PM Noon, if no payment has been received or contact made indicating you wish to pay by cash or check.

For successful Buyers, A 15% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price. No Sales Tax will be charged .

Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after.

For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required.
