Closed – Wednesday, November 23rd through Sunday, November 27th for Thanksgiving.
All consignments must be checked in by Saturday, December 3rd, one week prior to Auction.
Items being accepted into this Auction: Tractors – Farm Equipment – Construction – Lawn & Garden – Livestock Equipment – Trucks – Trailers – Cars – Vans – SUV’s – & ATV’s
This Auction will not include Ring 3 items that are in our Spring/Fall Consignment Auctions, NO SMALLS – Only exception is Livestock Equipment (gates, feeders, fencing, ect..) Ag tires must have 50% or better tread.
December 2022 Consignor Terms & Conditions
By Consigning any item into an Auction, the seller agrees to all of the following terms & conditions. If you are bringing items on behalf of a seller who will receive the check, you are agreeing on their behalf.
- Consignor checks will be available December 21st from 2-5 p.m. Any remaining checks will be mailed on September 2nd. (2) It is advised that on any item valued over $1,000, to keep insured until the item is paid for, and you receive your consignor check. (3) The Auction company is not responsible for the non payment by any onsite or internet bidder. In this rare instance, the seller will not be charged any no sale fees or charges in an agreement to take your consigned item back home. (4) Consignors must pick up unsold items within 7 days of Auction, unless prior arrangements have been made. You will not receive your Consignor check until unsold items are picked up. Failure to pickup unsold items may result in dumpster fees & or storage fees at the discretion of the Auction company. Unsold tires failed to be picked up will have a $40 dumpster fee per tire, Unsold tractor tires will have a $100 dumpster fee per tire. (5) Any item/group of items in one lot that fail to bring a bid of at least $5 resulting in a no sale of $0 will result in a no sale fee of $15 for consigning that item into the Auction. (6) No Reserves on any items under $1,000. Any item that no sales due to a reserve not being met has a fee of $150. (7) If your item does not start when you bring it in, we cannot advertise it as running. (8) If you want to advertise as Runs & Drives, it must Run & Drive after the Auction. You are responsible to make sure the buyer takes possession as you advertised. The Auction company at its discretion, can cancel a sale, if the item is misrepresented. (9) All items are sold As Is. However, the sale of any item that the Auction company deems misrepresented for any reason; whether intentional or unintentional will be canceled. The seller will be charged a no sale fee for misrepresented items, for running it through the Auction. Make sure to note ANY and ALL issues you have knowledge of when you check in your items. These rules are to ensure buyers can purchase with confidence at this Auction allowing sellers to get the most out of their items without any issues. (10) There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items. $20 Paid by Seller (11) Titles to titled items must be in the name of the seller to consign. (12) If you cannot provide title within 10 days after the Auction and your item is sold, the Auction company can cancel the transaction and or charge you a $75 fee. Your consignor check will be held until the title is handed over. (13) By consigning items into our Auctions you agree to receive text, email, & or postage notifications about our upcoming events.

2022 Auction Terms & Condition
All Bidders agree to the following terms & conditions set forth by Jeff Boone & Associates Auction & Realty. (“Boone Auctions”). All bidders agree to be legally bound to these terms & conditions. All announcements made by the Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material.
Terms: Cash, Check, & Wire Transfer accepted. Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.99% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. Online bidders will have a 5% buyers premium with a cap of $2500 per item added to their final invoice total. No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers. 7% state sales tax will be charged unless proof of exemption is provided. All titled items will have 7% state sales tax unless purchased by a registered dealer. This applies to in state and out of state purchasers. All items must be paid for within 72 hrs of the end of the Auction. Bidder agrees that Boone Auction will charge credit cards for unpaid balances after the 72 hrs has passed.
All items to be removed from the auction field within 14 days. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Any items not picked up in 14 days following the Auction will be charged a storage fee of $10 per day. If not picked up by the next consignment Auction, the Auction company will sell your item at No-Reserve, and mail you a check for the remaining balance after all fees are applied. The Auction company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller & $40 Paid by the Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing (paperwork filled out and documents needed to take to your local BMV), and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. Cash buyers on titled items may take the title upon payment if the title is present. Those paying with checks will receive title upon check clearing.
Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents.
All bidders understand that they will be liable for payment of sales or use taxes which may become due for failure to comply with the provisions of federal, state, and local tax codes for any items sold as tax exempt or for resale. All bidders understand that it is a criminal offense to give an exemption certificate to the seller for taxable items that they know, at the time of purchase, will be used in a manner other than that expressed in this certificate and, depending on the amount of tax evaded, the offense may range from a class c misdemeanor to a felony of the second degree.
For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required.
All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not disclosed.
