DAY ONE 2021 Spring Consignment Auction

  • Consignor check-in dates and times:

    Currently accepting Consignments now thru Thursday, April 1st 10 AM to 4 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday

    April 5th thru April 9th 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday, April 10th 9 AM to 1 PM

    April 12th thru April 16th 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday, April 17th 9 AM to 1 PM

    April 19th and 20th 9 AM to 6 PM. Please have all Consignments in by Tuesday, April 20th.

  • Terms: Cash, Checks will be scanned for verification and electronic deposit. Payment by Check and/or Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. Online bidders will have a 5% buyers premium added to their final invoice total. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

    All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold.

    There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. Cash buyers on titled items may take the title upon payment. Those paying with check will receive title upon check clearing.

    No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers , Internet Buyers will have a 5% buyers premium with no cap + 3% if paying with a credit or debit card.

    Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents.
    For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required.

  • Pick-up dates will be day of Auction until 7:00 PM, Sunday, April 25th 11 AM to 2 PM, and Monday, April 26th thru Friday, April 30th  9 AM to 5 PM. Out of state purchases, pick up dates and times can be scheduled by appointment by calling 765.779.4000.

    Shipping arrangements, packing, and payment is the responsibility of the purchaser.

    All other items will be sold on Saturday April 24th starting at 9:00 AM.
