This Auction is being held to benefit the Madison County Indiana 4H Association in a effort to raise funds to conduct the 4H shows for the 2022 year. In an effort to assist the 4H Association the Madison County 4H Board voted to once again continue the Show Ring Sponsorships scheduled for the 4H Fair and further added the Premium Tent / Campsite Auction. It is our hope that the following Auction items will be sold providing much needed revenue to cover the expenses so that our hard working 4 H members and their families can continue to show their animals and you as a Bidder can help us do it!
So how does this auction work? What are we selling? This is a Timed Online -Only Auction that is now open for bidding and closes Sunday July 10th at 8 pm. We are offering Showring Sponsorships for each day of the event designated as a “Lot Number” to be sold to the highest bidders. All lot numbers are linked so that bidding on any lot extends all lots during the soft close. If you can not watch the auction as it closes out on Sunday July 10th at 8 pm, then you can place your maximum bid in the online platform at anytime and the Computer will excercise your bids on your behalf. Additionally, for the first time you have the opportunity to be the high bidder on one or more “Premium Tent / Campsite ” spots. These spots are located to the North of the showring running East and West in the grassy area parrallel with the railroad tracks. Fourty spots will be designated and only 10 can be reserved by winning bids on this site. Fair personell will contact the winning bidders with info about making their sellections. The remaining thirty spots will be available on a first come first serve basis on July 14th at 8am at the Fairgrounds.
The winning bidder will receive a large banner with the name and logo of choice to be displayed in the showring and numerous live mentions during that particular show. The logo or name requested for the banner will need to be determined immediately at the close of the Auction and given to the Auctioneer so that the banner can be produced the next day due to the short timeline.
