Thursday, March 31st from 10 AM to 5 PM EST & Saturday, April 2nd from 11 AM to 1 PM EST. Bring proof of paid receipt.

Purchasers are required to bring their own labor for dismantling and loading of ALL items. NO SHIPPING

By participating in this auction you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All items must be paid for by the close of the Auction or upon invoice and pick up of items during allotted pick up times. Acceptable forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover (3.99% surcharge)

For successful Buyers, A 15% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price.

Please note all credit cards will be charged at completion of auction unless previously noted to the Auctioneer.

Imediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determing his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after.
For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take posession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unacccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required.
